Fruit Cakes

Apricot & Ginger Rich Fruit Cake |
Available all year round in tea-room sizes and other sizes for retailers.
A deliciously moist all butter, rich fruit cake made with succulent apricots, glace ginger pieces and steeped in Green Ginger Wine & brandy. Shelf life 3-4 months depending on the time of year. Recommended to be kept chilled in warm weather.
This cake has reached the final of the Small Producers Awards for 2004, sponsored by Waitrose and the Financial Mail on Sunday. |

Traditional & Scrumptious Standard Rich Fruit Cake |
Available all year round in tea room sizes and other sizes for retailers.
A light coloured rich fruit cake made with all butter and flavoured with Jamaican Rum and French Brandy. Wrapped in cellophane with larger cakes being mounted on thin cake boards.
This cake is decorated with assorted glazed fruits and nuts for Christmas. This is currently our best selling Christmas Cake. See Christmas Cakes for more information. |

Decorated Rich Fruit Cake |
An all butter light coloured fruit cake, appealing to most tastes, flavoured with rum and steeped in brandy. Decorated with an assortment of glazed fruits and nuts. Wrapped in cellophane with large cakes being mounted on boards. Available in the following sizes:

Stollen - German Christmas Cake |
An all butter German Stollen made with almonds, cream and sultanas, and flavoured with rum. It has the traditional marzipan log running through the middle and is iced with rum butter icing. It has been bought by ex-patriot Germans and sent home for some years. Wrapped in hollydecorated cellophane with a gold label.

Made with dried fruit salad (typically apples, apricots, pears, peaches and prunes) double cream, butter and French brandy. Topped with a sprinkling of pecans. Available in the following sizes:

Italian Style Fruit, Nut & Chocolate Cake |
A rather indulgent rich fruit cake made with nuts, glazed cherries and finest Belgian Chocolate, steeped in Amaretto Liqueur and topped with splintered almonds. Mounted on boards with foil gold banding and wrapped by hand in cellophane.
